I would much rather just pay for the game up front and own something I can play and enjoy than be endlessly subjected to this kind of forced upsell. You get stuck on a level you can’t beat, play it over and over until you’re frustrated enough to spend money, buy a couple of icepick tools for a few bucks, pass the level, and your reward is…to advance to another level that can’t be beat without spending money. This title is slightly less obnoxious about this than CCS, which is why I ended up playing it longer, but the whole business model is completely asinine. Presumably this is an effort on behalf of the developer to bully you into spending money on a “free” game. It’s fun for awhile, but if you play long enough eventually you encounter levels that are basically impossible to solve without resetting hundreds of times or spending money on tools that help you pass the level. This game is essentially the same game as Candy Crush Saga and all of the other virtually identical knockoffs. Decent candy crush knockoff, that’s about it
